Key projects: • representing shipping company in Maritime arbitration commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on demurrage claim; • representing foreign company’s interests in court cases re: recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award; • representing foreign companies (i.e. shipping containers owners) in Russian arbitration courts in cases of recognition of ownership right and vindication of containers; • representing consignee and cargo insurer’s interests in the Arbitration court of Moscow on the claim of cargo losses to freight forwarder
