Functional responsibilities: ● Coordination of the department: 5 specialists, hub warehouse manager (20 people – blue collars), personnel estimation and motivation ● Replenishment by the windshields, side and back shields in time (about 3 000 SKUs) from the RF plant, Europe, Turkey, China (purchasing). ● Warehouse logistics – stock maintenance in accordance with the stocks policy, inventories (selective and annual), optimizations, audits (HUB plus 7 external warehouses in RF) ● Transportation logistics: inbound - shields truck deliveries from Europe, Turkey, containrer deliveries from Chine (start up) outbound - truck shipments of the collected orders to the extrenal warehouses in RF, truck shipments of the collected orders to CIS (Belarus, Kazakhstan), export truck shipments to Serbia ● FEA – import (Europe, Turkey, China (start up), export (CIS), Serbia (through broker service) ● purchasing functions - operations purhase for warehose, packaging materials, tender operations ● claim work with the suppliers, transport and logistics operators Achievements: ● warehouse schedule optimization – collected orders volume is increased for 25% ● product accommodation optimization – warehouse capacity is increased for 15% (new racks and product accommodation optimization in the existed racks) ● additional transportation rates tender – the rates were decreased for 10% ● stocks level optimization – the stocks turnover is improved from 8 to 5 months, obsolets level decrease from 17 till 1,5% ● project management (lean warehouse (AES), ERP improvement - SAP EP6, SAP key user)
