- project fleet management / operating in Saudi ports of Dammam, Ras Tanura, Jubail, Offshore Persian Gulf, (supply vessels, tugs & barges, Jack Ups, DSV, crew boats, pipe laying vessels – more than 60 units under operation in peak); - Saipem chartered vessels inspections prior to mobilization and after demobilization in accordance with project requirements; - coordinating load-outs, coordinating and settling issues with local Port Authorities, Customs and agencies, control on vessel’s safety, ballasting, towing, mooring; - coordination of load outs of heavy lift and outsized cargoes on specially dedicated barges / vessels; - coordination of international and domestic sea heavy-lift transportations / towages (e.g. jackets, modules, top-sides).

Logistics & materials coordinator / operations supervisor (AGIP Marine Supply base, Bautino, Kazakhstan) - Overall control over AGIP KCO materials, logistics operations, coordination of materials deliveries and backloads to and from 5-6 rig sites operated by three international drilling contractor companies; liaison with service companies in relation to 3rd party material deliveries to the rigs and back to vendors; - Drilling/Maintenance/Construction warehouses operations, jetty and yard activities supervision. Supervision on supply vessels and barges loading/unloading operations. Coordination of Contractor’s heavy-lifting vehicle fleet (60-200 tons cranes, forklifts, trucks), allocation of manpower and resources to avoid downtimes and ensure continued safe operations; - monitoring of operations safety regulation and compliance of HSE requirements on the base; - Company and rental containers fleet coordination. Ensuring that Company and third party shipments going off-shore are in compliance with international standards, regulations, Company procedures and international oilfield practice. Cargo carrying units recertification and repair coordination; - development and implementation of logistics plans and associated logistics documentation, analyzing logistics data (e.g. marine spread allocation reports, short- & long-term logistics plans and etc.)

Base logistics coordinator (Kuryk yard, Kazakhstan) in following projects: 1. Piles & Flares off-shore project (2008 - 2012) 2. Hook Up & Commissioning off-shore project (2009 – present time) 3. HUC Mechanical completion and Vessels management (2012 – present time) - project fleet management / operating (supply vessels, floating hotels, tugs & barges, tankers); - marine logistics activities and operations (vessel mobilizations, marine surveying activity, coordinating load-outs, ensuring that all vessel clearances & port calls are arranged, provision of food / fuel and water, control on vessel’s safety, ballasting, towing, mooring and etc.); - coordination of load outs of heavy lift and outsized cargoes on specially dedicated barges / vessels; - coordination of international and cabotage sea heavy-lift transportations / towages (e.g. pipe-racks, piles, flares, jackets, modules, LQBs); - coordination of sea navigation in winter season in Northern Caspian (ice navigation; ice-breaking convoys and etc.); - materials management (supervising the activities of the purchasing of diesel oil, consumables, spare parts for fleet and other project materials.; participation in warehousing activities, e.g. receiving, registration and shipping of materials); - coordinating of project POB logistics activities on the base (e.g. camp accommodation for project personnel, personnel movements control); - development and implementation of logistics plans and associated logistics documentation, analyzing logistics data (e.g. marine spread allocation reports, short- & long-term fleet plans and etc.)

- supervision for duly cargo/vessel’s handling in the port; - negotiations, correspondence and coordination of ships port calls with ship owners, charterers, shippers, forwarders, port authorities, customs & immigration and other concerned parties; - calculation and control for duly payment of disbursement accounts and control on financial matters; - dry cargo chartering / post-fixing / brokerage; - experience in freight forwarding; - stability / draft calculations; - coordination and contact with marine surveyors, suppliers and insurance companies.
