Tasks and Responsibilities: Start Up new stores of the company and reconstruction of existing stores • Preparatory works at the site - collection of primary documentation, preparation of requirements specification, analysis of the possible timing for the project participants; • Preparation of project budget; defense the budget, control over the expenditure of funds • Development of technical specifications for the design, operation, collection and systematization of information on the number of stages of the launch of the project in operation; • Work with tender and financial documentation, contracts design, contract, etc., keeping of documents in accordance with the regulations of the company; • Coordinated participation of specialists in the launch within the company's structural units; • Quality control of the works, the timing control works, acceptance of works and signing of all legal documents; • Work with project and Executive documentation, control changes to the documents; • Earned value analysis in the project, CPI, SPI, estimation at completion • Transfer to service department the Stores with the signing of all necessary technical and internal documents according the company’s standard. Opened and remodeled more than 50 stores.

• Responsible for set up a stores and office premises (Russia); • Run a project from general contractor’s position(in some cases available to attract a subcontractors); • Communicate with engineers of projects(architectural, electrical, ventilation and conditioning, ets.) and client; • Responsible for coordination jobs with heads of the departments (chief engineer, chief power engineer, chief architect, chief account, general director), lessors, building owner, client; • Control the schedule of building and assembly jobs; • Negotiating with mall’s and city’s administrations; • Responsible for construction and executive documents; • Responsible for addressing the difficult situations.

· Search and an estimation of objects of the real estate to set up a stores of a retail chain· Responsible for set up a stores (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan).· Responsible for store location country/ city· Responsible for store’s rotation in the regions· Negotiating with lessor of real estate and real estate’s brokers(Colliers, Jones Lang Lasalle, C&W&R, DTZ, etc.).· Work with contract organizations concerning carrying out of civil and erection works and operation of a estate property . · Manage plans for the future, follow-up and reporting according the strategy· Responsible for implementing selected business models, contracts, commercial terms as well as business processes · Implement and monitor quality standards for store implementation and maintenance· Responsible for maintaining accurate store information database· Make decisions to removed a Non-compliant stores from the retail chain.
