Preparation of the XXXII FISU World University Games in Ekaterinburg 2023. — Preparation of marketing specific stadium inspections at the venue, especially Commercial Affiliate stadium visits and visits by Marketing appointed service providers — Support all marketing areas and projects such as Marketing Rights Delivery, Signage, Food & Beverage, LED advertising boards, Merchandising, Ticketing and Hospitality, Host-City Marketing Relations, Host-Сity Fan Fest — Support the FIFA/LOC Marketing team to liaise with representatives from the host city and local government associated with the particular venue, obtain answers concerning stadium infrastructure and local legislation — The responsibility to track the identification, preparation and fulfillment of all marketing requirements at the stadium during the stadium construction period — The stadium construction progress and Fan Fest preparation reports making for the FIFA/LOC Marketing team and proactively proposes solutions to potential issues — Recruitment and work with the Marketing Volunteers — Report to the Marketing Operations Team in the FIFA Headquarters on a daily basis during the tournament and other events. Work during UEFA Europe League in Krasnodar. — Setting up and managing UEFA Office on-site; inventory management; venue and broadcasting supervision; signage — Organizing press-conferences, coordinating media and flash zones for the post-match interview; VIP Hospitality area management — Sole & Exclusive - assist UEFA Venue Operations and Broadcast Manager in organizing the different S&E that the sponsors are allowed to activate on site — Coordinating accreditation system for the UEFA members, clubs and stadium workers — Translation: consecutive interpreting of flash-interviews and meetings
