My role as a corporate instructor provides professional development and training to employees in a corporate setting. The primary responsibilities of a corporate trainer include developing a curriculum and teaching new skills, strategies, or systems to workers in a Customer support Industry.

My role in the company is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.

Managing clients and community relations with company.

Managing relations with clients from Russia and Indonesia.

Maintenance relations and after-sales of products with Indonesian clients.

My job is involves overseeing the production of goods and/or provision of services, and also to make sure the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
