An executive with extensive experience in M&A in real estate, deal structuring, debt rising - for international and local investors, both private and institutional, in Russia and Western Europe (primarily in Germany). Expertise in investment and commercial real estate - 15 years. I have very deep and detailed knowledge of real estate market, investment transactions, M&A procedures, value drivers and investment risk management. For over 10 years have been working in a key position in the investment team of Prime Invest (and Lenhart Global), since the first days of the company foundation.
