Duties and responsibilities: Modification projects management at Onshore Processing Facilities ( OPF), Buster Station 2 and Liquefied Natural gas Plant ( LNG) in accordance with Sakhalin II Project under Major Maintenance Service Contract ( MMSC) with Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC). Development and approval process of the project documentation. Preparation of work packs/ scope of works based on requests from project team of SEIC and transfer to SNGS departments for budget estimation. Hold a kick off meetings with subcontractors and other company departments.
