Project «Power of Siberia and north stream” Preparation of a of a system for work under high pressure, the leak test, line drying, work, service and repairs of the technical equipment (Booster Compressors – JOY, Air Oil Free Compressors - Atlas Copco, Sullair, Air Dryer - Donaldson).

Shutdown OPF ‘Sakhalin Energy ’ Preparation of a system for work under high pressure, the leak test with helium use, work and service of the technical equipment, work with technological schemes / P&ID.

Supervisor N2 Leak testing and nitrogen purging. My daily tasks were flange management and system preparation with line walking, full preparation of the system for N2 leak testing. My duties were also to amend test packs on site to resolve issues to make sure that testing is ongoing to pressurize the system to 100% test pressure and to detect all potential leaks using snoops. Rig up and rig down of hoses and equipment, use of Membrane spreads and booster compressors. We have performed tests like MRPR compressor test with differential pressure maintaining seal gas pressure higher than process side and depressurization in the same manner as pressurization constantly maintaining differential. My other duties were to make sure all the relevant daily paper work are filled out (Daily reporting, permits, leak reporting) I have a very wide knowledge and use of P&ID.
