I am confident I'll be able to effectively implement my past experience into my work in the field. I have both academic and practical experience in Psychology and Industrial/Organisational Psychology, which are closely interwined with HR management in their common focus on improving work performance. I know how to work with people of different mentalities and cultural backgrounds. Throughout the past decade, I lived, studied and worked in Sacramento (CA, USA), Pattaya (Thailand), Moscow (Russia), and Houston (TX, USA), while also obtaining my Bachelor degree at Massey University (New Zealand). I worked closely with people of all ages (from 2 to over 80 years old) in foster care, secondary schools, language schools, and psychology labs.
