Checking the financial part of agreements with customers; supervising debt recovery from customers; preparing cash primary documents; preparing financial reports for financial director; accounting with suppliers (reconciliation acts); contacts with auditors and insurance company

Checking the maintaining terms of credit agreements with customers; analysis and recommendation customers credit limits; organising credit-control; preparing financial reports accompanying the contracts; monitoring aged debts and negotiating settlement

Coordinating the inflow and processing of the contracts received from the customers and suppliers; preparing financial reports accompanying the contracts; ensuring that each contract package contains the relevant documentation and the documentation is in order and corresponds with the financial reports and calculations; preparing budgets and subsequent monitoring and adjusting the same as necessary; supervising payments to suppliers and debt recovery from customers; monitoring aged debts and negotiating settlement; providing training and support with complex transactions and client-related issues to other members of the finance department
