- Perform commissioning activities on the plant, preparation for Startup and carry out tasks according to the AGIP KCO operating procedures in a safe, efficient and effective manner. - Manage field pre-commissioning, commissioning of rotating equipments including execution Solo Run and Mechanical Run Test and close the pre-commissioning and commissioning Check lists accordingly. - Perform Mechanical Completion walk down inspection with Start-up & Operation Team for Systems, Sub-systems, pipelines. Clearance/close the Punch Items. - Interfaced with vendors of the equipment according to solution related to commissioning and start up the equipment. - Interconnection with contractors on coordinating of the planned and carried out works by system and sub-system. - Requested, scheduled and issued materials, lube oils, consumables to be used for Commissioning and Start up activities. - Provided sub-system construction/commissioning progress to Turnover team to update the Turnover tracking database. - Witnessing and closely monitoring of pipe leak test, hydro test, review report on progress. - Monitoring all stages of construction and pre-commissioning up to final acceptance in according applicable standards and project specification. - Monitoring the progress of the construction work and performance of the sub-contractors at the site. - Supervision of the rotating and static equipment’s, compressors, pumps, vessels, tanks, valves. - Assisted to Vendor inspections, make sure that the equipment and material manufactured as per specified requirements and delivered in time - Witnessed air blowing, water flushing, degreasing, chemical cleaning activities, flange inspection, air blowing, pneumatic and Hydro testing, bolt Tensioning and Reinstatement of the lines; - Following RoK requirements related to QA/QC activity, as built documentations in civil, mechanical, structure, keep control completed units of the plants - Participate in SIMOPs (simultaneous operations) and HSE meetings as well as in weekly safety site inspections within senior leadership team. Endorsing site activities as a Person Responsible for Area. - Witnessing disassemble/assemble of the critical valves (ESV, SDV, MBV, KV) to be repaired in the shop with Vendor after MOP (maximum operation pressure) test' had been failed.

- Supervision mechanical and piping activities on the project. - Planning piping construction activities, check updated drawings/documentation availability, prior to works commencement in order following planned schedule. - Carry out Mechanical Completion walk-downs sub-systems wise (as a Piping/Mechanical representative) and handover completed ones to the pre-commissioning stage. - Inspection, monitoring and ensuring that all mechanical engineering and piping related construction (field) activities are in compliance with construction related Republic of Kazakhstan regulations. - Dimensional checking of fabrication spool, fittings, supports as per ISO and PI&D. (LTCS, SS) Witnessing of hydrotest activities. - Resolve issues of FEI (Field engineering instruction) and SDM (Site design modification). - Ensure that all materials, spools, machinery, valves and equipment conform to the specifications and quality standards;
