Company profile: manufacturing of PVC and aluminum window systems. My personal responsibilities: for sales and marketing activity, for overall company results (annual turnover approximately $30 million), negotiation with the key customers. My main task was crisis-management in a difficult situation connected with systematic problems in all the chain of orders execution (logistic and production departments) and structural weakness (staff, non-synchronized processes etc.) Main results: All necessary sales and marketing actions were done, sales volumes were saved and increased (20% growth 2013/2012), sales team was built, many processes were synchronized. But it became clear, that the strategy of rapid growth (to increase minimum twice capacities and sales volume every year next 3years) have to be delayed because of necessity to spend time and invest extra money in strengthening of manufacturing capacities. So all these plans were canceled by company's owner and all the project team of invited top-managers had left the company.
