Responsibilities: Development and getting approval of budgets, contract strategies, AFEs. Preparation and obtaining approval of tender documentation packages, holding on meetings with Bidders, Contractors. Initiation and concordance of call-off requests for work. Ensure contractor's work in a safely manner according to HSE procedures with appropriate quality and within time frame. * 4 packages of Tender documentation were developed * 1 tender was completed * No downtime of workover operations due to timely site preparation (earthworks) * Contractors render services as per contracts * All facilities were handed over in due time

Proect: "West Qurna-2" Development of oil field, green-field. Responsibilities: Assurance of uninterruptable facilities operation, diesel fuel delivery, timely maintenance services. Receiving, handing over, writing off consumables and spare parts. Budget controlling and expenditures optimization.
