• Control, preparation and provision of corporate financial reporting based on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and related explanatory notes: - Transformation of statutory accounts of the Group Companies to IFRS on a monthly basis; - Preparation of the Group's annual/semi-annual consolidated financial statements • Control, preparation and provision of management reporting: - Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (monthly consolidated CF, development of full pack of Management reporting (PL and BS); - Plan-fact analysis (monthly) of key operating and financial performance of the Group. Preparation reports on actual budget execution deviations and explanation of the operational factors and the existing environment conditions that led to the current results; - Preparation of methodology for cost calculation with the purpose of pricing; - Active collaboration with economic departments of the Group Companies on budget execution, identifying and analyzing of variances; - Preparation of forecasted financial, economic and analytical materials under internal and external request; - Writing analytical reports on the results of operations, preparation of materials for the presentations to the Board of Directors. • Participation in budget and rolling forecast processes (Annual budget preparation and monthly forecast rolling); • Manage finance team including motivation, training, recruitment and selection; • Ad-hoc reports; • Big4 audits, presentation of financial results to Management/Board;

• Lead audit engagements of financial statements in accordance with RAS and IFRS for the clients in oil, gas, utilities and consumer industries; • Performing audit planning activities which includes: preparing understandings of the Client’s business and document these in the form of flow charts for business cycles incl. sales, purchases, payroll, fixed assets, treasure etc, development and preparation risk assessments, substantive and analytical procedures plan, testing of internal controls, analytical reviews, holding meetings with management (CEO, CFO, Head of Departments, Chief accountant, etc.) ; • Supervision, coaching and allocation responsibilities to junior and staff auditors, review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance; • Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency; • Performing final analytical reviews and analytical procedures in regards to changes (variances calculations of volumes, prices and usage rates, reconciling to management reports and budgets, etc.); • Preparation of cash flow both direct and indirect methods; • Assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls and internal control system implementations through inquiries, observations, inspections and walkthrough tests; • Review of the clients’ accounting system;

• Preparation and control of appropriate implementation of source accounting documents; • Financial input into customer and supplier relationships, assistance with agreements, contracts and attachments to them; maintaining clients’ and suppliers’ databases; • Preparation of financial documents (Delivery and Acceptance Certificates, acceptance reports, letters of assurance, letters of attorney), preparation of reports of running an advertising campaign; • Preparation, monitoring and analysis of management statements; • Conducting payments on accounts received and cash payments, monitoring receivables and payables; • Business correspondence with contractual partners; providing various financial information upon requests
