On a rotational basis travel to locations within Sub Sahara Region and liaise with teams to review and implement standardized global asset and inventory management procedures and policies. • Review current end to end asset and inventory management processes, practices including physical flow, roles and responsibilities, personnel and training requirements, identify gaps and develop action plans working with the Region, Country and Site team to implement the required improvements. • Implement best practices according to Weatherford global procedures and policies, monitor progress to a level of sustainment with continued support.

Based in Moscow working for the Global Asset / Inventory Group. The primary function of the role is supporting the Weatherford Capital Efficiency program and included the following; • Provide onsite support to all Regions operations, asset and inventory teams including site reviews, audits, corrective actions, process / control improvement initiatives. • Development and implementation of Asset and Inventory Management RASCI for Global, Region, Country and Site for Asset / Inventory Management. This incorporated development of Job Responsibilities, Descriptions, Self-Assessments, Global Training and Development, Individual Development plans and On boarding packages. • Developed global policies and procedures and oversaw rollout through all Weatherford regions and business units ensuring full traceability and conformity. Mentored regional asset and inventory managers during implementation phase and provided support in ongoing rollout to country and district level • Worked with business units and regions to facilitate their audit and count procedures, ensuring compliance with required accuracy standards and that all controls were in place. • Initiated standardised warehouse layouts to facilitate best practice asset / inventory management flows.

Moscow based position within the Well Construction Group implementing asset and inventory best practices including; • Primary role is to provide top level planning and Asset and Inventory control across all Well Construction Product Lines for the Region, to measure and optimize Asset Utilization and Inventory levels providing increased efficiency and profitability to the group. • Working with RPLMs and location managers to ensure all Asset / Inventory physicals are completed and entered as scheduled and required. • Utilization and slow moving Inventory / Asset reduction ensuring wherever possible are redistributed within the region or globally including all documentation requirements. • Perform physical / financial reconciliation of Assets / Inventory ensuring correct values are on registers. • Implement cyclic physicals along with monthly additions and retirements reconciliation to the registers. • Develop new Asset / Inventory management program along with 1C project team to ensure full traceability and conformity to global and local policies.

Based in Moscow this position was part of a project team integrating a major oilfield acquisition in Russia into Weatherford. • Responsible for managing and co-ordinating due diligence project relating to Asset / Inventory visibility within Western / Eastern Siberia and Volga Urals travelling to remote locations over a 6 week period to perform physicals on rig sites and warehouses.

Located in Moscow the position comprised establishing a team of local personnel to drive efficiencies in the regional supply chain organisation. • Responsible for all locations within Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Ukraine including integration of newly acquired companies in relation to Logistics / Procurement and Asset / Inventory Management. • Implementation and standardising of procedures and systems within the Region. • Initiating training programmes for national staff to ensure capabilities are developed in country, and succession planning objectives are achieved.

Rotational position based in Tengiz • Relocated to Kazakhstan on a 28/28 rotational basis to co-ordinate all aspects of a start-up operation in a remote oilfield location. • Developed standardized procedures / documentation and computerised asset-tracking and inventory tracking system. • Liaised with contract partners and collated financial data for quarterly reports. • As of April 2002 became responsible for all Weatherford locations within Kazakhstan, implementing standard procedures documentation flow. • Seconded to Baku from January 2006 to May 2006 to prepare the location for installation of JDE and also to train logistics personnel both local and expatriate.

• Sole responsibility for planning, management & control of inventory / purchasing for Thru Tubing Division globally, ensuring all internal/external control mechanisms were adhered to including cost controls and optimization of assets and inventory.

• Responsible for all equipment movements locally and international ensuring all legislative requirements adhered to. • Set up and implementation of computer-based archiving system and assisted in implementation of AS400 system.

• Co-ordinated all transport, container control and documentation, inward manifesting (air/sea) & carried out cyclic inventories for depot.
