Essential merchandising duties: Ensuring high level VM standards according to Hermes guide lines in stores. Optimizing VM presentations maximum visibility through analyzing store target needs and stock availability- displaying novelties, capsule collections, promoting slow-movers. In store product rotations. Dressing mannequins. Maintaining products in hidden drawers on sales floor to be displayed properly and well organized. (Small Leather Goods, gloves, bracelets, agenda) Attention to the smallest details. Creating eye-catching displays of all product categories. Completing orders of POS materials according to current store needs and exact product pieces availability. Organizing stock layout of props. Outsourcing search of POS materials if needed. Involved in outside windows planning, production and installation process in stores. Selecting products to be displayed on outside windows. Directly involved, taking active part in store openings, managing the team work to organize the proper visual merchandising from totally empty store to filled with up to 10000 product pieces(Stoleshnikov store opening after renovation in aughust 2104) Involved, taking active part in absolutely new Hermes Store at Gum(second biggest store in Europe after head-store at Faubourg Saint-Honore 24 at Paris) opening: in touch with retail manager, Paris head-office team merchandising directors, all product deparment merchandising director. Analyzing the stock capability, ordering proper quantity of POS-materials for this-day-needs and for the future delieveries, planing correct layout products filling, organizing the perfect VM store maintance according to the newest updated guidelines, narrating intesive practical VM trainings for the sale associates how to use the newest generation of VM equipment(tables, racks, drawers, magnetic walls etc...). All this actions (of course:)) was succesfully done in deadline rhythm before the opening. Trainings: Participating in practical workshops in Hermes headquarters in Pantin and VM trainings and seminars in Paris. In-store work practice in Hermes stores in Europe ( Hermes Geneve store, Hermes on George 5 store and Hermes Sevre store(both in Paris). Simultaneous translation(from english) of trainings which was made by our European Hermes trainers during their visits in Moscow. Translating guidelines and collection`s key-points materials to Russian language for the staff , sending pdf files of this translated guidelines to the stores to be printed by shift-supervisors and be shown to the team. Creating my own "VM basics" guideline (validated by Paris head office) for staff daily use, describing VM basic rules of each category. Made using Adobe Photoshop CC software. Managing trainings for VM amassadors and all the team of 2 Russian Hermes stores. Narrating about new collection`s key-points and VM specifics of each of 17 different product categories of Hermes. Describing sales process of selected products: presentation, details, how to wear, how it was made etc. Teaching and inspiring sales associates to tell the stories to the customers inspiring them too. Communication: Sending VM reports to local office and Paris VM-head office. Creativity in achieving guidelines despite a variance in stock. Huge content of information necessary to know about products(because Hermes development and production process is 95% handmade, small-scale and limited, all items as a result are perfect and have a lots of stories to tell about) and VM rules for each of 17 categories.
