• Full cycle of procurement activities (from market analysis to supplier selection) • Organization, control and coordination of cargo traffic; • Accountable for ensuring 100% on time in full delivery from suppliers • Search for new suppliers (Europe, USA, China) • Monitoring supplier’s efficiency to achieve best possible delivery performances • Supporting company operations with an uninterrupted flow of materials and to help keep a minimum inventory • Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments • Coordinating work of the Shipping Agents and Customs Brokers to guarantee on-time delivery • Claims management; • Certification of new products; • Organization of foreign suppliers’ visits to the Company to improve / establish business relationships.

• Managing of goods flow up to 50 000 SKU over all business categories of the Company; • Orders placing, inventory control; • Shipment organization – 5-6 shipments per day; • Preparing all necessary documentation for customs clearance; • Ensuring key performance indicators reaching successes level values; • Optimizing business processes; • Developing innovative strategies to achieve operational goals; • Issuing Certificates (per shipment) of origin; • Ordering status reports.

• Planning and implementing shipping/tracking of goods and coordinating their full order cycle from Europe to Russia; • Managing the shortage and taking actions to insure the availability of goods; • Preparation and registration of all documents for customs clearance (contracts, terms of delivery, payment, invoices, specifications, licensing documents); • Negotiating contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service; • Control of warehouse operation; • Delivery organization to client and manage any problems solving in process (damages, shortages, late deliveries); • Control of payments flow; • Claims management; • A daily and monthly procurement report preparation, as well as report preparation concerning the state of the warehouse stock.
