I have been coordinating the educational projects, being in charge of creating and launching educational products. My team has been analyzing marketing and particular company needs by conducting opinion polls, interviews, designing and modifying programms. We have been working on placing them on the market, advertising them mostly applying social networks or endorsement.

I have been the teacher and methodologist of the language school. I have been : 1) teaching groups of teenagers to prepare them for state exams. 2) teaching general and business English to high school students and adults 3) analysing the structure of exams and creating own efficient programms based on communicative approach 4) applying such teaching models and methods as Guided Discovery, PPP, TTT, TBL, effective drilling , presenting through context etc. 5) consulting and assisting teachers in lesson planning 6) observing colleagues' lessons and providing feedback. 7) working in team to organize English events such as quests, musicals, parties The goals which have been achieved : 1. The number of students who have impressive results in exams has increased by 40 % 2. The number of students interested in the language courses has boosted 3. The positive feedback from parents has been provided on a regular basis. 4. The teachers in our team have become more motivated to teach English efficiently and develop their teaching skills.
