• Plan, arrange and schedule work activities for piping team and manage local employees on field. • Head responsibility to ensure effective utilization of engineering staff and technical quality. • Analyse all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required mechanical drawings. • Provide commissioning and construction support with irregular site visits. • Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipments • Prepare Equipment layout, Piping layout and development of plot plans as per codes and standard Head responsibility to prepare piping bulk quantity forecasts for proposals. • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems. • Prepare as-built P&ID for clients on paper & CADD as well. • Provide commissioning and construction support with irregular site visits. • Inspect all mechanical equipments and analyse all equipments and ensure adherence to all present technology • Report administratively to piping engineer design department manager. • Supervise and administer responsibility over large group of designers and engineers. • Conduct calculations and evaluate design of industrial facilities. • Stress analysis of critical piping system are flare, high temperature lines of cs,&ss materials • Conduct site survey and as built for the existing Gas Dehydration Units in Bahrain Oil fields • Prepare engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

• Study engineering documents including the Data Sheets, review specifications with ASME and ASTM codes and standards • Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Review Philosophies, Piping Design Basis and other relevant documents. • Identification of engineering deliverables including plant layouts, isometrics, and bill of materials. • Preparation of conceptual layouts and designs obtained from other engineering disciplines including mechanical data sheets, foundation sizing, structural details, equipment layout, instrument specifications and other necessary data. • Prepare pipe wall thickness calculations, reinforcement pad (RP) calculations and Check Piping Materials in AMOGH System. • Modeling Assistance in PDMS, incorporating contract specifications and international codes. • Review vendor drawings and documents. Attend vendor seminars when required. • Review of plot plans. Participate in organizing the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s). • Participate in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of Piping components Prepare Equipment layout, Piping layout and development of plot plans as per codes and standard Make manual pipe routing in the existing isometric.

• Supervising pre-commissioning activities such as hydro testing, water flushing, air and steam blowing, re-instatement. • Identifying equipment location as per General Arrangement drawing and prepare layout and measurement. • To check and prepare orifice flange inspection and pipe flange alignment report. • To ensure that all method statements & procedures, installation manuals and ITP’s related to mechanical and piping works comply with project specifications, local regulations and meet the requirements of international codes and standards. • To supervise fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports as per latest issued construction drawings and ensure that project specifications and standard codes were correctly executed. • Preparation of internal punch list and clearance inspection during fabrication. Co-ordination with civil/ construction departments for testing/ backfilling activities. • Maintenance of all inspection report and related documents in QA/QC department, co-coordinating with main contractor, third party and client. • Perform Inspection, approval of fit-ups & welded joints as per isometric and specifications. • To perform welding inspection to ensure that all welding activities are properly executed.
