Demand Forecasting:

Brand manager
Launch of new product Transas iSailor on an international leisure boat market (a new market for the company):
- participation in product development from the initial stage (market research, suggestions on product functionality and features),
- determination of priorities for further product development (in a close cooperation with the development/technical team),
- complete coordination of promotional activities (definition of communication strategy, promo activities, customer support, media-planning, PR),
- pricing policy,
- communication with customers,
- estimation of project’s financial results
- sales forecasting.
Results: after one year on international market Transas iSailor is recognised as one of the major market players with high potential for development and significant number of loyal customers. Estimated number of customers – 15000 worldwide. The result is reached with minimum costs on marketing.
International marketing support of “Shore-Based Systems” business line (one of the core businesses of Transas – Vessel Traffic Management Systems – includes several products):
- determination of marketing strategy and communication policy, annual marketing plan by products
- planning of new product launch (Port Management Information System) on international market
- media-planning, PR, website support, SEO, provision of marketing materials
close collaboration with sales team all over the world (France, USA, Germany, Great Britain, Singapore, UAE), identification of needs.
Results: Quality of marketing support has been significantly improved. Transas continues holding a leading position on a global VTS market.
