• Purchase of petroleum products from oil companies and other processing companies both at the trading site and directly from owners of petroleum products; • Diversification of commodity flows between the oil refineries and terminals to optimize oil delivery to the refineries and the petroleum derivatives to the ports; • Control for preparing the documents for prequalification of the company for participation in tenders with other oil companies for the purchase of petroleum products on a long-term basis; • Organization of contractual work with port terminals in sea and river ports within the RF; business activities, monitoring and follow-up of contracts for transshipment, rent of terminals and transportation of oil and petroleum products by pipelines, by rivers, by sea and by railway; • Negotiation and follow-up of the long-term contracts with partners for the purchase of petroleum product; • Organization of contractual work with port terminals in sea and river ports within the RF; business activities, monitoring and follow-up of contracts for transshipment, rent of terminals and transportation of oil and petroleum products by pipelines, by rivers, by sea and by railway; • Follow-up of contracts and monitoring of performance of inspectors, shipping agents and superintendents while nominating them for provision of any specific services during the shipment of oil and petroleum products by sea, by rivers and by railway.

• Preparing the documents for the company’s participation in tenders with other oil companies for the purchase of petroleum products on a long-term basis; • Participation in tenders for the purchase of petroleum products under long-term contracts at the auctions and trading floors; • Negotiation, signing and follow-up of cоntracts with the contractors for sale and purchase of oil and petroleum products; • Organization of contractual work with port terminals in sea and river ports within the RF; business activities, monitoring and follow-up of contracts for transshipment, rent of terminals and transportation of oil and petroleum products by pipelines, by rivers, by sea and by railway; • Appointment of independent surveyors to control quality and quantity of oil and petroleum products at time of shipment; • Follow-up of contracts and monitoring of performance of inspectors, shipping agents and superintendents while nominating them for provision of any specific services during the shipment of oil and petroleum products by sea, by rivers and by railway; • Control of logistics (acceptance, execution of requests, documentation and tracing of the shipments).

• Monitoring of day-to-day activities and tracing of all oil and petroleum product shipments by railway (by tank cars of the Ministry of Railways and by proprietary/rented cars) from the point of shipment to the point of destination; optimization of commodity deliveries; • Control of performance of Agency Agreements for transportation of oil and petroleum products by and with shipping companies (carriers), forwarding and other agents; • Interaction with the Ministry of Railways re: approval of master and supplementary plans for deliveries by rail for each specific month of shipment; coordination of rail delivery directions; • Selection of carriers by way of tender and by the rates charged for transportation of oil and petroleum products by rail; • Control of performance of contracts for transportation of oil and petroleum products by sea and by rivers; execution and coordination of monthly schedules and oil and petroleum products shipment plans by each specific item; • Handling the customers’ claims regarding the quality and quantity of supplied petroleum products and downtime of rail cars, river- and marine vessels.

• Participation in negotiations with potential buyers of petroleum products made by SIDANKO refineries; • Execution and monitoring of contracts for the sale of petroleum products to the administration company and the managed companies (drafting and monitoring of invoices); • Preparation of paperwork for customs clearance of commodities (control of settlements with the customs authorities of the Russian Federation; monitoring of the currency proceeds); • Document flow with foreign buyers of petroleum products (execution of protocols and invoices; execution of transaction passports; preparation of paperwork for customs clearance; maintenance of the manufacturer’s forwarding documents up to the time of export from the RF; making arrangements for documentation of the exports of petroleum products from the RF for V.A.T. settlements with Tax Authorities of the RF and to confirm the tax relief); • Organization of day-to-day monitoring of petroleum product deliveries by rail from refineries to the final destination; • Appointment of independent surveyors to control quality and quantity of oil and petroleum products shipped from the refineries and in the ports of loading.

• Arrangement and holding of negotiations with participants of foreign economic activities to optimize the exports of their petroleum products; • Coordination and maintenance of petroleum products export contracts (execution of transaction passports, invoices, pro-forma invoices, cargo customs declarations and forwarding documents); • Negotiation and maintenance of commission agreements with the customers re: exports of petroleum products; monitoring of currency proceeds from export contracts and incoming cash flows under the commission agreements for the services provided; • Making arrangements for documentation of the exports of petroleum products from the RF for V.A.T. settlements with Tax Authorities of the RF and to confirm the tax relief for the customers (owners of petroleum products).
