I started my carrear in Transaero Airlines as a sales agent. I had to create reservations, issue/reissue tickets for passengers, make calulations of fares and different routes, issue and reissue tickets for Transaero frequent flyers, service tickets in Gabriel.I also calulated amounts due to refund (both voluntary and involuntary). Since 2010 I work in groupe of technical and information support of agents. The main responcibilities are the followiing: assistance to sales agents with calculation of complicated routes (includinng routes with Interline partners), complicated reissues/exchanges, refunds, advices on Air Carriage and General Rules of Carriage; technical support of work in GDS Gabrilel; Amadeus. Assistance agents with teir sales reports. Creation, modifying and maintanence of agent's ticket offices in Gabriel.

Assistance to Sales Manager, scheduling and organizing meetings and negotiations for Sales manager and sales team, preparing and transaltion reports for sales department and Sales Manager, accumulation and summary of regional sale reoprts.

Sales Manager/ Office Manager. Main responsibilities: Placing and processing orders for chocolate, maintenance of orders, keeping shipment documents, communication with advertising agencies, participation in Food exhibitions, investigation of market of choloate. Supervising the work of maids and drivers, control of office expences.
