Logistics Services

• Organization of Materials control system in the Badra oil field; • Coordination of materials management with Contractors and Subcontractors (Petrofac International, TEKNOLOJIK YAPILAR, ALMCO, GCC, CPPB, Iraqi Elite, SAMSUNG Engineering) to achieve maximum efficiency for materials management for the project. (CPF Phase – 1 and 2, CPF Infrastructure, Camp Phase – 2, Export Oil Pipeline, Infield Pipe Line, Badra Tank Farm at Nassiriyah); • Supervision of all warehouse operations carried out by contractors: receiving materials, placement of materials by locations and by classes and groups of materials, storage conditions of materials, issue materials for construction works on the project. Control for handling, loading and offloading materials and equipment in the storage area; • Receiving and checking all incoming, outgoing and internal documents related to materials management in the project (PO, Invoices, Packing Lists, MRV, MIV, OS&D, MSDS, Delivery Notes, and Certificates.); • Monitoring of all project shipments which in transit. To keeping under control the status of materials for the project and to plan further activities with the materials. In cooperation with logistics department of contractor. (Receiving from the contractor: “Shipping Status Report”); • Participating in the inventory of materials in contractors’ warehouses; • Receiving weekly reports from contractors material group; • Preparing weekly reports to GPNB Company Management; • Participating in weekly meeting with GPNB and Contractor Management with reporting for activities of current week and planning of the jobs for next week.

• Application of Logistics Corporate Policy, Systems and Processes • Ensuring that materials and equipment is properly stored at the defined storage facility, in accordance with the Company’s and Manufacturer’s specifications • Application of Logistics & Materials Corporate Policy, Systems and Processes. • In conjunction with Senior Materials Advisor develop plan for the transfer of Materials from current storage areas and units into AKCO storage facility /area once sourced. • Assist in the development of Warehouse & Materials Management Procedures where required. • Timely materials system data input, to ensure complete tractability and accountability is achieved • Ensure maintenance of records of the accompanying documents and inspection certificates associated with materials and equipment received. • Assist in the sourcing of material certification of all AKCO materials received and submit to the relevant site contractors. • Interface with relevant personnel to insure reconciliation and physical audits are in compliance with Company policies and procedures • Overseeing and the full coordination of the loading/off-loading/receipt activities for all Materials & Equipment assigned to Contractor within base. • Maintain clear and auditable traceability records/listing associated with all materials movements. • Work in conjunction with Subcontractors who are responsible for the administration and issue of all Plant/Equipment & Materials in accordance with Management/Contract procedures and legislation. • Liaise with minor site contractors regarding material holding receipts and issue documentation on a perpetual basis to obtain documentation to update customs traceability files. • Inspection of stored Plant/Equipment & Material on a regular basis including preservation, tagging materials were appropriate with relevant customs control details. • Continuously review, develop and improve storage areas involving AKCO Plant/Equipment & Materials. • If necessary visit offshore locations to assist in materials control functions i.e. materials identification & preparation of major materials returns cargoes. • Coordinating with Forwarding Companies all transportation and Customs Clearance Procedures. (Export, Import). • Preparing Daily Delivery Reports for Agip KCO and 3rd Party Contract Companies.
