Provision of various consulting services and development methodological documents in area of finance and reporting, including: 1) Development of IFRS, US GAAP, RAR, management accounting methodological documents (for various IT systems implementation) (SAP ERP, Oracle, 1c, AX, HFM); 2) Development and review of various methodological documents (not linked to IT systems implementation) 3) Providing consultations on complex accounting issues (including related to IT systems implementation) (SAP ERP, SAP BPC, SAP BFC, 1c) , 4) IFRS reporting services ( including IFRS function set up (training on actual data), IFRS reporting and IFRS transition (including transition from US GAAP)).

Development of various methodological documents with Deloitte & Touche team under supervision on all project stages – from planning to acceptance of work by Ultimate /project client.

Organisation and supervision of Finance accounting & reporting group, including recruitment and training of staff, delivery of projects (quality review or overall projects’ management), organisation of promotion and marketing activities, selling and negotiation activities on projects sales, meeting with target and actual clients on their needs and other activities related to management of this business sector. Projects included the implementation of IFRS (IFRS functions setting the development of methodological and procedural documents); the development of other methodological documents under IFRS and US GAAP , budgeting and forecasting under IFRS and US GAAP, development and delivery of IFRS/US GAAP/RAR accounting & reporting seminars for customers (in open and corporate format).

Audit work and assistance with reporting under RAR, IFRS and US GAAP for energy, utilities and mining companies (from participation to management of the audit projects), including 6 months secondment in Sakhalin Energy (1998) and 2 months secondment in the USA, PwC office (1999)
