- Coordination of certification and permitting process of TechnipFMC suppliers for ALNG2 project; - Providing guidance to vendors and intercompany networks regarding regulatory requirements and certification process; - Checking of permitting documentation of suppliers; - Expediting of certification process made by suppliers.

EPC Project “Slavyanskaya Gas Treatment Plant” - Planning, coordination and scheduling of inspections and tests of purchased equipment; - Verification of Supplier documents (MRB, TP, ITP) with respect to fulfillment of project requirements and quality assurance; - Participation in inspections/tests of purchased equipment for compliance with project specifications; - Leading the Conformity Assessment as per Regulatory Requirements for purchased equipment; - Participation in pre-qualification supplier audits to provide recommendations to the Procurement Department; - Consideration and approval of new contracts for the supply of equipment in terms of quality assurance and control.

- Management of certification and permitting process of suppliers of Technip France, ThyssenKrupp (ZapSib-2 Tobolsk project) – CU TR 010, 032, 004, 020, 012, Pattern Approval Certification (PAC), Technical Passports, Justification of Safety elaboration, etc.; - Key account management of Technip France; - Business development (promotion of new products and activities in field of certification, expertise, metrology).

- Management of VOC (Verification of Conformity) Department activity; - Leading of certification and permitting activities related to design, installation and modernization of large industrial projects(YamalLNG; RPA (MHI); ZapSib-2); - Profitability management of department (contract price and volume of work control, personal expenses control, subcontracting cost management); - Budgeting, financial control and reporting; - Sales management; - Cooperation with head office (France, Paris); - Contracts negotiation; - Meetings, conference calls with key customers and partners; - Sourcing and management of subcontractors; - Recruitment, managing and development of the team (13-15 employees), regular staff trainings.
