- To organize the Personnel Department (PD) of the Group of the companies (in my submission there were 2 HR specialists, HR assistant, T&D manager and the corporative training center -2 Training managers).
- To supervise all HR relevant processes, including personnel planning, recruiting, adaptation, motivation, trainings, development, internal communications and events.
- To develop and to implement HR policies and procedures for the Group of the companies.
