Проверка документации на правильность оформления, отслеживание каждой ревизии документа по проектным дисциплинам и загрузка в базу данных Capital Project согласно классу проверки документа. Отправка TRM's заказчику на ежедневной основе на рассмотрение.Оперативная работа по исправлению замечаний со стороны заказчика. Ведение реестра инженерно -технической документации MDR. Работа в Excel ( формулы, макросы) Составление отчетов, работа с НИИ.

1. Implementing all individuals the safety rules, regulations and requirements at all times on the site ; 2. Understanding in standards: ASME B.31.3, ASME B.36.19/36.10, ASME B.16.9, ASME B.16.5, ASTM, A182, GOST 32569-2013, GOST 55989-2014, ISO 3834-1-6-2009-2011 3. Ensuring that work in cold conditions is done in safe conditions and according to Rules regulations and Project Procedures; 4. Liaising with HSE officer in order to find safe solutions to keep the activities running without work stoppage; 5. Reviewing drawings, supervising each activity and assuring the work has been done as per approved drawings, specifications, coordinating with other disciplines; 6. Checking Quality of works: 7. reviewing subcontractor’s QA/QC documentation related to Supervised Activities; 8. Issuing Site Inspection Reports; initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR); 9. Checking and reviewing every activity which going to be request for inspection (RFI) and make sure the work has been constructed correct and ready by the time of inspections; 10. Participating in site inspection as requested by inspection and Test Plan (ITP); 11. Checking subcontractor’s work performance: 12. Supervising compressor erection in compliance with the plan 13. Experience with piping pre fabrication, inter connexion, cleanliness, flushing, blowing; 14. Collaboration with the vendor on site in order to install the machine Hitachi compressor according the procedure; 15. Checking that all Construction Subcontractors organization people on the Site are in sufficient number and with suitable qualification to manage all activities and provide continued supervision of the works; 16. Checking the preservation by Construction Subcontractors of materials inside Subcontractor storage or at the place of installation; 17.Avoiding contractor stand-by / delays by prompt response to site queries and unexpected technical problems; 18. Progress reporting on the daily baisis to the Piping Superintendent and Construction Manager 19. Reviewing and approving the progress proposed by Construction Subcontractors; 20. Fully responsible for pipeline testing on the site: hydro, pneumatic and visual tests. 21. Work with the database Easy Piping and Easy Plant:Welding progress, NDE results, Test Packs , Checking the errors free data is uploaded into Easy Piping with respect to Spools Isometrics 22. Involving in the Punch list clearness. 23. To provide assistance/support to operations and commissioning/start up preparation teams 24. Ensure the design meets a high level standard for LNG Top side and Onshore LNG facilities engineering 25. Work in AutoCAD, Naviswork and EDMS database. Signing as build documentation. 26. Reinstatement of piping components and local instruments after testing of pipelines. 27. Work in SIMOPS area of LNG plant.
