- Management and organization of work of the Sector; - Development and implementation of the projects for prevention of incidents and accidents at the production sites of the Company (Downstream: supply and logistics); - Implementation of HSE operational control, performing operational control checks; - Assessment of operational risks and effectiveness of HSE risk management actions; - Implementation of target training programs related to occupational health and process safety, assessment of safety culture and process safety level.

- Development of programs and action plans for alignment of production facilities to the process safety requirements, compliance control; - Development of corporate standards and procedures related to process safety; - Organization and conducting technical checks and audits, control of implementation of action plans and schedules related to process safety. - Investigation of accidents, coordination of work of the accident investigation committee.

- Development and implementation of HSE projects related to supply and logistics of oil and petrochemical products and В2В sector of the Company; - Conducting of HSE audits and safety compliance assessment of oil terminals, petrochemical transportation and storage depots; - HSE risk assessment and implementation of HSE risk management programs related to transportation, storage and supply of oil products; - Development of internal corporate standards, HSE strategy, monitoring and reporting; - Support of business processes and projects of the Company.

- Establishment of OH&S management system. Implementation of OHSAS 18001 standard. - Development of corporate standards, policies and procedures related to OH&S. - Conducting of internal OH&S audits, comprehensive assessment of OH&S management system at construction sites. Monitoring compliance with OH&S requirements and reporting. - Organizational control of professional training of employees in OH&S area

- HSE audits of oil and gas terminals in Russia and Europe (as a part of BP business projects). - Analysis and HSSE risk assessment, risk management reporting.

- Quality and quantity control of crude oil, petroleum products and chemicals when loading in tankers.
