Key activities : 1.HSE : • Ensure proper implementation of the HSE rules within the Supply Chain department and Contractors ; • Ensure that the Company HSE Management System is bridged with the HSE MS of all logistics contractors; • Set the HSE training requirements for the logistics personnel; • Follow up on the HSE performance and ensure benchmarking; • Manage the HSE / SQM monthly meetings with contractors; • Ensure that actions resulting from reviews, audits and forums have been satisfactorily completed. 2. Methods : • Ensure that all parts concerned in the Stock management process are appropriately trained on UNISOL (SAP) -MM module and that all stock movements are recorded in UNISOL accordingly; • Issue and develop efficient Supply Chain Procedures in order to control the whole process from the requisition to final delivery on Sites; • Monitor operational and commercial KPIs to identify consolidation, cost saving opportunities and possible optimization ; • Develop best practices, and efficient working methods; • Undertake logistics reviews and studies; • Manage the interfaces between various clients (Drilling, Herd Base, etc.) to ensure optimized planning of the logistics activities and resources (aviation and marine); • Prepare and update short and long term technical logistics means look ahead planning – fixed wing, helicopters landing crafts and Platform Supply Vessels; • Contribute to the preparation and update of the annual logistics plan, budget and cost estimates; • Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports and ad-hoc reports when requested by the management; • Liaise with the Cost Control to ensure accurate and transparent cost allocation and reconciliation, prepare cost allocation reports; • Contribute to the development and implementation of short, and long-term logistics strategy. 2. Logistics Contracts: • Manage all Logistics contracts including preparation and definition of Scope of works (provision of Jet A1 & Diesel, aviation, marine, Camp management and Catering, etc.) and participate in contract negotiations; • Ensure proper implementation and administration of the logistics contracts; • Ensure smooth and efficient Call For Tender (CFT) process supported in this task by the Contract section. 3. Service Order and Call Off order: • Ensure that all requests are registered and treated according to TEP PNG procurement process in due time. • Ensure that all Service Orders and Call Off orders required for Logistics activities are issued and approved on time in UNISOL in order to avoid interruption of the Services by contractors. 4. Stock Management: • Implement policies and procedures for the Stock Management of PRL-15 material & equipment and other blocks operated by TEP PNG (PPL-576, etc.) ; • Manage the stock activities in the warehouse & stacking area at Port Moresby Logistics Base (AES) and ensure that the personnel in charge of the stock management at Herd Base applies the procedures in place in the affiliate. • Ensure the reception and dispatch of all material and equipment required for the support of Logistics and Drilling activities on PRL-15 and other blocks operated by TEP PNG (PPL-576, etc.). • Manage the recording and archiving of all Stock movements in UNISOL – MM module. • Issue the stock values on monthly basis to the Finance department. 5. Transit of equipment and material between Port Moresby Logistics Base (AES) and Herd Base : • Define best policies and strategies for the transfer of PRL-15 material and equipment between Logistics Base at AES and Herd Base aimed at facilitating optimum utilisation of existing manpower, equipment and space ; • Implement and develop adequate records (loading and offloading tons at the Jetty, deck occupancy on the barges, etc.) to facilitate allocation of costs and build CPI ; • Manage all equipment available for performing the transfer of material between the two Logistics Bases. • Implement all necessary documents required for the transfer of equipment and material (Transport Manifest, Barge planning, etc.)  Achievements: - Successfully managing activities with regards PRL-15 development : early works, Project (CPF, Trunk line) support ; - Contributed into Mailu-1 Offshore Ultra deep exploration well preparation ; - Well rendered operational & methods support to Site(s) activities ; - Well managed challenges : extensive RW operations at mountains area, remote base activities, landing craft operations, future EXPLO well preparation with all associated logistics technical challenges, ongoing contracts execution & follow-up, future and ongoing CFTs etc. in the frame of the remote location and tight South Pacific region market.  Responsibility: Budget ~18 MUSD/Y, stock ~5,5 MUSD, 5 air frames (1 FW, 4 RWs), upto 6 vessels (LCTs, tug+dump barge, accommodation vessel and small water crafts), transit base ( WH 3000m2, open yard 4,000m2 + possible extention for drilling), Fuel 0,24M MT/Y, more than 30 contracts under execution, 07-26 Vehicles, 8 directect and 5 indirect reporting employees.

Project Logistics Lead – Angola, Luanda (expatriated, family resident, office 5x2). Kaombo Project (B32, 2 FPSOs, ultra-deep offshore) : Key activities : 1.Coordination and synergy : • The logistics services to be put in place (offices, accommodations, onshore base, workshops, storage areas, warehouses, surfers, helicopter, supply vessels, etc.) during Project phase under COMPANY responsibility (i.e. up to hand over to Affiliate for Operations phases based on the responsibility matrix) and shall ensure their timely implementation ; • Efficient supply the Onshore / Offshore logistics services dedicated to all the Work Packages of Kaombo Project Group during Project phase in line with responsibility matrix, in compliance with TOTAL and TEP Angola related policies, procedures and established objectives. 2. Optimization : • As transverse responsibility, have to optimize these Onshore and Offshore logistics services provided to all Kaombo Project Group Work Packages ; • To ensure rationalization of use of logistics means and energies used for to support of Kaombo Project Phase in close collaboration with packages specialists, TEP Angola entities, users and third parties. 3. The Development Scheme is based upon two FPSO units (converted VLCCs; 2 x 115,000 bopd; about 2 Mbbl storage per FPSO) with production, water injection and gas export flowlines, risers and umbilicals (6 x subsea hybrid production loops (10 '' and 12'' insulated production lines looped with non insulated lines) i.e. 80 km of Pipe-in-Pipe and 75 km of service line). The produced gas (2 x 3.3 Mm3/d) is exported to AnLNG via the GEP network. 59 subsea wells are planned (33 producers, 26 water injections connected to 20 manifolds). 5 additional Xmas Trees are also ordered for contingent wells, plus one for back-up. The technical challenges the project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the design one & built two conversion turret-moored FPSO’s (a first) and subsea production/injection system definition.

HSE • Participate in the definition of the Department's Safety and Environment objectives and the directions in which progress can be made. • Ensure proper and effective internal controls and safety standards are in place for shorebase, air and marine operations. • Promote safety awareness at all levels within Logistics teams and Contractor/subcontractors/vendors’ teams. • Organize follow up of HSE anomalies and events reported within the Logistics perimeter; monitor corrective actions to be implemented. 2. Planning, procedures and coordination : • Suggest and lead logistics resources for shorebase, aviation and marine operations. Coordinate use of resources and oversee shorebase, air and vessel planning process to ensure achievement of operational objectives • Analyze Corporate Plans, POB forecasts and determine the level of resources required including helicopter, supply boats and flying hours. Quotations : upon request for cargo transportation under all operation modes (not limited to: pick up, delivery to the airport, customs clearance, air/marine freight and combination of methods, repacking if required and etc.); 2.Optimization : cargo routing planning (coordination with K+N branches all over the world, airlines and other services providers and transport companies) ; 3. Customs Broker coordination : all necessary documentations for Customs Clearance (commercial invoice, letters of guarantee, customs clearance history, MSDS and etc) as well as to check with Customs Broker whether it’s possible to ship materials on the territory of Russian Federation and conditions for this; 3. Efficient and safe operations of the helicopters at remote artic location in compliance with the RF Aviation and OGP requirements : • To supervise Maintenance, Training programs and Stuff Rotation Scheduling thereof to ensure that the contracted helicopters meet Client needs and expectations at all times; • To supervise all passenger check-in procedures as well as monitoring of all personal, i.e. the wearing of the correct PPE; • Reporting on all incidents or accidents as soon as practical; followed up with a full written report to all concerned; as well as making up and sending a daily flying report to all concerned; • To control MEL: levels and re-ordering of all spares required for operations. 2.
