Programmatic trading manager
I bought ads and optimized campaigns for agency clients across a bunch of publishers and ad networks (Google, TrafficJunky, Bidswitch, Yandex).
It was the beginning of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) technology that disrupted the media business. OpenRTB is an open protocol to automate trading of digital media. A few developers were able to start a Demand Side Platform for buying ad placements in the open auction. Or sometimes they just "listened" to the market. RTB democratized access to reputable publishers and at the same time initiated a race to the bottom for editorial teams. But I learned that later :)
