Performing the functions of a Technical Expert in the construction of the 3rd section of the Central Ring Road (Moscow Region). - Construction control during construction and installation works and acceptance of work. Interaction with the Grantor, Concessionaire, General Contractor and other project implementation participants - Monitoring the production activities of subcontractors related to the execution of contracts, in terms of timing and quality of construction and installation work - Monitoring the availability and correctness of the executive technical documentation, analysis of the current readiness of the as-built documentation; - Preparation of summary reports on the results of control measures and construction control. - Keeping records of completed construction and installation works and preparing the necessary data for reporting - Monitoring physical progress of construction and installation work. - Participation in inspections by inspecting authorities (Rostekhnadzor, Rosavtodor)

Reconstruction of the Transneft office building - control of interior construction works, plumbing, drainage/sewerage, ventilation and air conditioning

Scope of works: Noise Protection Screens(all stages from pile driving to panels installation), checkout of concrete mixture characteristics. Lightings works (reinforced concrete foundations, poles installation), Vertical signage, Gantries(metal frames), Metal barriers, Slipformed Concrete barriers on the central reserve of the highway (“New-Jersey Barriers”), Slipformed Curbstones, Road markings also Earthworks. Incoming control of materials and equipment. Main activities: On site quality control inspections: checking of the following points  Compliance with the working and construction documentation (ITP, MSP, MAR),  Compliance with the required technical documentations: passports and equivalent technical data sheet,  Russian standards enforcement. - Coordination of issues related to the Project between Project team, Tenants, Subcontractors, administration departments and Designers/Contractors during Construction Project - Conducting quality control of works performed by the Contractor in accordance with the frequency and criteria approved by the ITP. - Verification of as built documentation as per Russian regulation requirements (every step of the construction), - Monitoring of RDC (Requests for Design Changes) - Preparation of Non-Conformance Reports, verification of corrective actions on site. - Preparation of daily reports.
