RESPONSIBILITIES: Base oils transition projects management in Torzhok LOBP/Tanks: mapping and remapping strategy and operations/production coordination, delivery stewardship (DoC, CoA, etc.), Hydraulic oil blending technology development, PLM roles: introduction, extension of SKUs, MRP Master Data maintenance, Complex product introduction, engineering flexibility project lead, related contractors management, SKILLS: ERP SAP R/3 and APO skills (PP/DS, material planning, inventory management), Lubricants production technology, base oils/additives chemistry, production engineering, Strategic and tactical planning for critical material management projects with link to large product portfolio reformulation, Engineering projects coordination, operations planning, KAIZEN implementation, SharePoint Design skills, 5S Audits skills.
