TUI is one of the biggest tourist operator in Russia. It's production environment have over 1,3Tb of data on 1 main and 4 search servers. This environment had many performance issues and it needs performance analysis and support. Participation Performance analysis and code audit was performed. Up to 20 procedures and 30 triggers where refactored, 6-8 deadlocks per day were eliminated. Performance was improved up to 30% using CTE instead of cursors. A set of procedures were changed from using of table variables with a big amount of data to temporary tables. Level of table locks was decreased up to 40%. Using of indexes where improved and size of index space was decreased up to 15%. As key developer I provided integration of current revision of Analytic Department database (FinMarkets) with new developed operational environment for Home Credit Bank. New data feeds for Finmarkets were developed. Correspondent data structures and procedures where designed in order to receive trade data from Middle Office system. Up to 10 procedures and 5 triggers were designed and implemented into production environment. Usage of 5 indexes were improved. After database architecture review 15 procedures where removed and 10 procedures were refactored. Business requirements was analyzed, efforts was estimated and proposed to customer. Two prototypes of solution was developed using OLAP and OLTP approach.

Design and Development of brand new Data Warehouse storage and COGNOS BI structures for Chevron LLC. The goal of this project was to create new Data Warehouse system based on existing data feeds and remove legacy MS ACCESS applications from data workflow in very short terms. As software architect and key developer, I designed from scratch Data warehouse storage architecture with staging and storage databases. A set of SSIS packages were developed. BI Data cubes based on this storage were developed. Design of SSIS data mining packages where developed. As team lead I provided a set of knowledge transfers. Also I coordinated migration of set of existing reports (over 100) to new COGNOS platform.

LETU-SHOP , L'etual Russia had an old CRM e-commerce engine based on Oracle database server. New ATG e-Commece based portal was developed by EPAM team. It is based on MS SQL database. Implementation of new engine had database structure differ from old one. All customer information, catalogs and orders had to be migrated to new database structure with minimum service downtime. Differences in data structures was investigated. As a Key developer, I found out data mapping rules, designed and developed automatic data migration utility for old customer data. Our team was: 2 analysts, 10 developers, 3 testers. Oracle 10 was used as source database, MS SQL 2008R2 as target. Data migration utility was developed as WPF application using Visual Studio 2010.

As Key developer I worked for Aramark. One of it's business is customized food service solutions to meet all tastes and consumers. This business have a lot of end-points worldwide. Point of this project is support of reporting system for small supply points based on SQL Server Reporting System. During the time spend on this project a set of reports were changed in according with new business requirements. 3 new reports were created from scratch. A set of SQL procedures which feeds reports were refactored to eliminate performance problems. I used Visual Studio BI extensions and SSRS on this project.

As a member of big team (25 developers, 15 testers, 3 architects, 6 analitics) I worked at On-site and off-site support of BackOffice brunch of Renaissance Capital investment Bank. Production environment of BackOffice had 5 databases with up to 4000 objects each and about 4Tb of data based on Informix 11.5 server. A big set of issues and bugs were fixed. A set of new business logic routines where designed and implemented in database and applications written in Borland C++ and PowerBuilder. 5 reports were designed and a set of reports were refactored or updated to new business rules using Crystal Reports. A set of performance issues were eliminated. Tools used on project: Power Builder, Power Designer, Borland C++, Visio, MS Office, AquaSQL, Crystall Reports.

I worked as a single developer in a startup project, was responsible for the design and production software system for monitoring fixed and mobile objects using GPS and GPRS (small and corporate editions). A set of personal and SOHO tools were created using C#, C++ and various databases. SMS Monitoring desktop was created using MySQL as primary database for tracking statuses and logging of up to 2000 remote objects per hour. Car tracking system was created for tracking and logging of up to 200 car telemetry and position on map in real time. MySQL and MS SQL were used as primary database. Production environment was created using Percona XtraDB Cluster solution.
