Supply Chain and Production and Purchasing Director

Personnel management: search abd recruit, motivation, target setting and realisation control, 12 subordinates. Shaping the resource plan and market situation analysis in order to meet current business needs and support of the expansion.
Building models for production development, warehouse activities, import and distribution aiming to validate formulated growth strategies. Regular market monitoring and demand forecasting for future periods. Searching of the strategically important suppliers of the materials, products, ingredients, equipment and packaging: conducting negotiaitons, contracting, control of the delivery conditions; developing measures for decreasing nonactive part of the stock level profile; managing the operational processes of warehouse activities nad distribution; implementation of the new warehousing software for materials and products; ERP development, testing and implementation; shaping an integrated demand forecast for sales, deliveries, produciton and distribution; management of import deliveries; business processes optimisation, introduction of KPIs scorecard and implementation of the innovation technologies ensuring more efficient supply chain; budgeting and financial analysis carrying out: stock turnover and stock levels, product cost and production.
Results and Achievements:
* Significant economy reached due to purchasing efficiency increase, resulted in 4% cost saving in purchasing
