General management of the company, working out together with the owners global goals of the company as well as long-term plans for their implementation in the future, ensuring the legality of the company's financial and business operations, compliance with the requirements of existing regulations, licensing of the company, control over the rational and efficient use of all resources of the company, including financial and labor resources. Organization of work and effective interaction of all departments and sections of the organization, control over the fulfillment by the company of its obligations to the budget of the Russian Federation, state funds, third-party counterparties, approval of the company's staff schedule, organization of accounting and tax accounting, personnel and general records management, representation of the company on all levels including relationship with the Russian Tax authorities. The adoption of managerial decisions directly related to the activities of the company, ensuring the implementation of decisions and orders of the Board of Directors, shareholders, founders, other administrative functions relating to the operational tasks of the current work process and the activities of the сompany, analyzing the performance of the commercial department and developing ways to improve the effectiveness of the work, compliance with client policy, negotiation with key customers, expansion of commercial relations, development and improvement of the organizational structure of the company and the documents describing it, planning the activities of the personnel and monitoring the implementation of these plans, the distribution of tasks between employees of the commercial department, hiring the personnel and organizing its professional training, developing and implementing a system of motivation, job descriptions, employee reporting, implementation, monitoring and regulation of KPI indicators, setting and monitoring the implementation of plans of the sales department and marketing department supplied by the owners, reporting, planning, preparation, control over the implementation of the company's budget, monitoring and analysing the competitive environment, the rapid change in the policy of sales, depending on the actions of competitors, from the current situation on the market as a whole.
