- Liaising with banks, ECAs, leasing and insurance companies for structuring and execution of deals; - Managing trade and project financing activities: development and implementation of payment schemes for export and import contracts through different financial facilities (L/C, SBLC, bank guarantee, performance bond, bank transfer); - Negotiating rating agencies and brokers; - Responsible for contract negotiations with foreign and Russian companies and drafting of import, export and local contracts; - Coordinating documents preparation for issuance of L/Cs, bank guarantees as well as ensuring execution of transactions; - Managing insurance (responsible for developing and implementing the comprehensive corporate insurance policy, working out of annual insurance plans and schedules, negotiating terms and conditions with insurance companies); - Implementing financial risks mitigation policy including financial analysis of the main suppliers and purchasers, bank/corporate guarantees protection and optimizing the level of penalties, liquidated damages. Main projects: 1. Participation in development of export and sales financing program in the amount of more than $2 bn. 2. Arranging and structuring import finance facilities (equipment) for more than $500 m. 3. Experience in structuring a complex import deal (delivery, erection and commissioning of assembly line manufacturing unit) for €150 m.

- Establishing and enhancing bi-lateral relationship with financial institutions of Asia-Pacific and America with focus on international projects of core business units of the Corporation (International Business, Asset Management, Investment Bank, Leasing, Treasury, Retail Banking); - Origination of trade and project finance deals with international banks, negotiating of term-sheets with foreign partners. - Participation in arranging syndication loans and bi-lateral financing for the Corporation; - Performing analysis of the banking systems of Asia-Pacific and America in order to identify major business and strategic partners of the Corporation; - Bolstering investor relations (IR)

- Origination of trade finance and project finance deals, expanding the client base; - Establishing correspondent relations with the leading Indian banks, initiating relationship with Indian ECA and EXIM Bank of India; - Securing exposure limits and credit lines on Promsvyazbank set by major Indian financial institutions; - Inviting Indian FIs to participate in syndication loans arranged for Promsvyazbank; - Rendering assistance to the clientele in expanding business in India and establishing business ties with Indian companies; - Enhancing the level of business with Indian banks by broadening the product range; - Providing day-to-day management of the Office and book-keeping; - Representing and advocating the interests of Promsvyazbank within government bodies and tax authorities of India.

- Origination and implementation of trade and project finance deals; - Initiating correspondent relations with banks of Asia-pacific region and establishment of exposure limits and credit lines on Promsvyazbank by Asian financial institutions; - Establishing strong relationship with corporate customers; - Marketing research for estimating the needs of companies for banking services (L/Cs, bank guarantees and ECA covered finance); - Providing financial analysis of potential clients and preparing documentation for credit committee. - Execution of complete range of procedures and formalities related to setting up the Representative Office in India.

- Providing analytical reports on economic and financial situation and business environment in India as well as reviews of Russian-Indian trade; - Monitoring and reporting on financial markets, banking sector, investment environment in India; - Participation in reviewing potential investments and identifying trade opportunities for Russian companies, gathering and processing market intelligence.
