• Responsible for delivering revenue targets through providing services such as foreign exchange, derivatives, and dual currency deposits to corporates and financial institutions • Proactively proposed, pitched, and executed FX and Rates solutions, including forwards, options and swaps to medium size enterprises • Performed daily pricing and mark-to-marketing of various derivative products using Bloomberg and self-developed pricing tools • Worked with client managers to build and maintain new and existing client relationships and partnering with middle and back offices to ensure a smooth documentation flow (ISDA, confirmations, etc.)

• Coordinated all stages of the Company’s fundraising process and managed debt portfolio comprised of Eurobonds, domestic bonds, syndicated and bilateral facilities (English and Russian law) totaling c. USD 10bn • Maintained a neutral FX position as well as ensured an adequate amount of backup liquidity in the form of committed credit lines with banks • Successfully settled 25bn RUB-denominated bond and 3 Eurobond placements • Actively participated in the execution of 3 cross-currency swaps with the total nominal value of USD 400mn • Partnered with Big 4 auditors to develop the methodology of revaluation of the fair value of cross-currency swaps • Negotiated and achieved an increase in the contractual grace period from 60 to 120 days by launching a supply chain finance (reverse factoring) program for the Company’s suppliers • Digitalized Treasury activities: designed 3 SAP-integrated slides of internal dashboards; weekly updated interactive dashboards with liquidity, debt, NWC information, and peers’ analysis • Led communication with all three major international credit rating agencies (S&P, Moody’s, Fitch) to maintain the Company’s investment grade credit rating

• Successfully built 4 financial models • Implemented the change in real estate legislation (escrow accounts) into the «template» financial model • Constructed a special index showing a potential demand on the real estate market in Russia

• Prepared over 15 pitch books with market research and company analysis of Russian Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining majors • Regularly updated CF projections and equity valuations applying DCF method and peer’s analysis
