INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND CORPORATE LAW: • Assisting international businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues; • Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company's structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their international business operations; • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements; • Advising on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with various jurisdictions laws mainly in ex-USSR, European countries, USA and Canada; • Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clients; • Ensuring all business processes, strategies, and actions comply with local and international laws. INTERNATIONAL FAMILY LAW: • Recognition of foreign judgments in Russia; • Execution of foreign judgments in Russia; • Permission to move with the child (children); • Execution of Russian judgments abroad; • Recognition of jurisdiction (especially in cases involving ex-USSR and European countries); • Contestation of jurisdiction; • Divorce and separation with international facets.

Legal Services: •Administration oaths for clients' documents and making them comply with the law; •Preparation and certification legal documents to make them valid in all courts of Canada and Quebec •Establishing what needs to be done to solve a client’s legal problems in immigration law (US and Canada); •Preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visas and citizenship applications (US and Canada); •Meeting and corresponding with clients to discuss their cases and options available; •Reviewing legal documents to ensure they are in proper format and contain all the necessary paperwork for Service Canada, Ministère de l'Immigration du Québec, Ministry of Immigration of Canada acceptance; •Holding regular casework meetings and review with other legal staff; •Supporting clients across global sectors; •Legal advice on all facets of Russian Law
