Stay & Fun is an emerging SoftwareHouse that provides online management tools designed for the fun industry. We provide services for a broad spectrum of firms, from entertainment to consulting sector. As a responsible of the Moscow Region area my key responsibilities are: • Collaborating in the development of the software. Improving the design and functions. • Conducting data analysis in order to adapt the original Polish business model to the Russian market. • Generate Sale's strategies and acquiring new customers. • Marketing of the software and building a sales team.

Project Manager of the "HipShare"​ Project. The idea of "Hipshare" was born inspired by the current trend of “sharing” within our economy. My main purpose was to transform the concept of “Sharing" into the new fashion at the office. The goal was to develop a new SharePoint platform for the Financial Markets International Operations Departement. The project has successfully delivered an intuitive and dynamic tool, focused on the different team's needs. Key lesson learned: • Learned how to create an interactive team environment using Microsoft SharePoint 2013. • Acquired Global pragmatic vision on financial markets. • Developed skills on How to manage projects according to the Lean Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC framework). • Acquired Higher Knowledge on Equity & Commodities Derivatives: how to compute advanced Option Pricing models ( Binomial, Black Scholes Merton, Monte Carlo) with excel VBA. • Understood the impact of legislations on Back Office day-to-day operations with Listed and OTC products (EMIR, Dodd Franck. Act, ISDA). • Learned How to complete a Shared Drive Analysis procedure.

Desk manager and responsible for security during press conferences and Photo call. I Provided direct service to entrepreneurs and key partners in the International Film Marketplace, subordinate pavilion of the French International Film Festival. I Contributed to management of the relationship with visitors, reporters and sponsors of the French International Film Festival. Key lesson learned: • Developed skills in event management. • Learned how to cope with the cultural differences.

During my Erasmus+ exchange in Poland I had the opportunity to find a part time job in a start-up company that was catering vegan food to the fast growing tech community. Key lesson Learned: • Experienced how to grow and manage a solid business in a developing economy. • Improved skills as Polish speaker through customer relations. • Provided online marketing service with social networks. • Contributed in increasing Brand Awareness.
