To Manage project construction works i.e site preparation, piling, concreting steel erection, water proofing, facade, mechanical installation, Civil and infrastructuresi.e storm, sewer lines, electrical manholes, etc 2. Report to Project Manager work project progress 3. Coordinating with a General Contractor for issues regarding with design drawings, materila submittal, procurement and logistics 4. Spearheading on site safety (SHE) issues to ensure Safety works are adhered 5. Ensure all work permits, JLA, Check Lists are filled correctly and all tasks are well addressed to workers and unrstandable prior to begiany work activity. 6. Pro-actively in problem solving, finding solutions in advance before problem arise and immediately coordinates with General contractors mnagement team. 7. Coordinaate all general project site maintenance works and temporary facilities with general contractors management personnel. 8. Attend project meetings according to position/level (example Safety meeting, production meeting, weekly progress meeting, SHE meetings) 9. Attends daily safety tool box meetings and leeds the safety talks before work starts, morning (LPSA, JLA, Risk Assessment, etc.

To manage a construction team comprising piping(Under Ground UG, Steel erection and sandwich panels, steel fire protection, painting and touch up, electric cable heating, HVAC, Cbuilding and Civil works, mechanical equipment installation, scaffolding, temporary installation and general site maintainence. 2. Coordinate the construction department with other departments i.e Engineering design depart., QA/QC depart., Procurement, pre-comissioning in solving all work aspects (RFI, As-built documentation, Non-confirmences, SHE, drawing issuence, materal submittals, Design documentation, Vendor issues, etc. 7. To ensure Mechanical Completion MC ready so as to hanle to Comissioning team.

1. Learn, study and understand all project construction sequences, communications, installations and how they interface each other between different packages. 2. To identify all interfaces, if there are any clashes, coordinate with responsible parties make aggreements for technological solutions, example electrical cable clashes, pipe clashes, roads, electrical towers, etc to be re-located 3. To coordinate with specialist from partners, contractors, Client, vendors. 5. To control to make sure project construction works are adhered as per Contract, without deviations which can cause clashes to others. 6. To prepare and organize an Interface Book (Journal), whereby all interface issues are recorded (Lodged) 7. To organize an Interface meeting which should involve Interfece supervisors or chosen representatives from diffrebt comanies involved in activities on the project (at least weekly). 9. SHE - Safety Health and Environmental issue are first discussed in coordination with SHE department to make sure SHE is observed.

1. Assist all design personnel and engineers in various quality improvement process and provede consultations to various departments on all technical aspects and perform regular analysis, 2. Analyse all project requirements and prepare all required technical papers and recommends modification and changes if required and participate in various design meetings. 3. Develop scope of work for conceptual studies, develop tecnical specifications, assist in contractor selection and steward contractors work throughout project execution 4. Closely Interface with company departments, coordinate and interface with othe rtechincaldepartments, Business Units, Operation and Contractors to solve technical issues and ensure quality engineering execution and design integrity. 6.
