Analysed the current mechanisms used to fight poverty in Russia as well as Russian legislation, programms and institutions in this sphere (not yet published). UNICEF:Drafted and edited the annual report "The State of Children and Women in the Russian Federation" (published autumn 2007). Conducted various analysis and research. Responsible for coordination of UNICEF activities with the Russian and international bodies in this field. Analysed social legislation in the Russian Federation.

Responsible for implementation of foreign policy of the Russian Federation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Facilitated political and economical cooperation between the RF and BiH. Managed various cultural and economical programs. Participated in conferences and seminars on political and legal reform in postwar Bosnia. Drafted analytical reports mostly concerning the implementation of the different aspects of the Dayton Peace Agreement. Prepared analyses concerning the cooperation between ICTY and the Bosnian Entities for the Russian Foreign Ministry and for both Chambers of the Russian Parliament. Coordinated cooperation between the Russian Embassy and numerous international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Public Relations Affairs: conceptualising, developing and managing a comprehensive and effective PR and communications strategy for the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bosnia Herzegovina. Work included: building and maintaining a comprehensive network of local and Russian media contacts; preparing and placing press releases and briefings, assisting the Ambassador at press conferences and during interviews; promoting, through organising and managing a wide-cross section of PR events promoting a positive image of the Russian Federation, among the widest cross section of the Bosnian population. Write articles on Russian foreign policy for local media, distributing printed and audio-visual material on Russia to media and cultural organisations in Bosnia, providing technical support to the Russian media in Bosnia, and maintaining the Embassy's website. Protocol Affairs: Assisted the Ambassador with all protocol issues. Designed, branded and oversaw the production of the entire Embassy's promotional and protocol related material including letterheads, calendars, fact sheets etc. Organised all protocol events, inside and outside the Embassy. Developed and oversaw a cultural programme for Russian Delegation members in Bosnia. Legal Affairs:preparing labour contracts with local staff. Negotiated all private law contacts with local companies and firms etc.

Analysed Russian foreign policy in the Balkans. Prepared press-overviews concerning the situation in the Balkan states. Coordinated of the protocol activities; working with mass-media; drafting analytical reports and participation in organization of the official visits and bilateral talks; and attending PR classes concerning the information security in the modern diplomacy etc.
