Negotiations with manufacturers from China, discussion of prices and quotations for the assortment, chosen by the Product Manager. Monitoring of deposits and balance payments. Analisis of the companies reports of main financial indicators (rotation, margin, mark-up, turnover). Participation in selection of the assortment for the company’s own trademarks.

Responsibilities: - Business correspondence and negotiations with supplier from Spain, The Imaginarium S.A. - Business correspondence and negotiations with transport companies and customs brokers. - Organization and control of deliveries from Spain to Russia via trucks, plains and containers from China. Basic Incoterms: FCA, FOB. - Checking and processing documents from the supplier (Invoice, Packing List, EX1, BL etc.), preparation full package of the documents for the customs clearance, customs taxes calculation, selection of the customs codes in cooperation with the customs broker. - Making Certificates in cooperation with the Certification manager. - Working in 1C data base. - Claim work (short deliveries, defective products). - Creating the assortment data base in EXCEL (more than 2500 sku) Since 2015 till 2017 added the responsibilities of the Buyer: - Analysis of the assortment according to the Russian Legislation, potential of each product, and prospective margin, rotation, turnover based on the ABC-analysis of the previous periods. - Control of the payments to the supplier, transport companies and customs brokers. - Creation the loading plan according to the companies requirements, and its correction in the on-line regime. - Business trips, negotiations on the Top Management level. Achievements: 1. 30% optimization of the purchasing budget in 2015. 2. 15% increase of rotation 3. 10 % increase in margin level.
