• Derived business requirements for an innovative CRM application to serve as an analytical and decision-support tool. Performed in-depth analysis and produced detailed software specifications. Application consists of several different modules (>400 screens), and is highly customizable to suit various types of Clients. (Most work was done including daily communication with London-based Investor and the application owner.). • Derived software requirements for an application that manages data of the existing investment deals of the client (BNP Paribas). The application automates data import from multiple source files, performs data validation using complex business logic, and provides capabilities for reporting at various levels of data aggregation. • Responsible for overall managing of several project phases starting from requirements gathering through the delivery of the implemented functionality to the client and acceptance testing.
