Duties : - to supervise practical activities of corporate travel department (4 persons); - to get an initial requests from corporate customers and allocate duties within managers; - to conduct the projects (meetings, conferences, incentive and business trips) of corporate clients in Russia and abroad; - to prepare the commercial offer for travel packages and tailor-made projects; - to provide the total cycle of work from expert examination to turnkey solutions (selection of an optimum direction, the program development and calculation ; issuing of air tickets and visas; booking of accommodation, transportation and other services ; registration of contracts with customers ; issuing of invoices and payment's control; inspection of the project on the spot ; final account reporting on action) ; - to realize interaction with suppliers (program development, project realization, settlements).
