- Property Damage, Liability, CAR/EAR and Business Interruption claims handling, preparation, management and consultancy (settled claims for total amount over 600 mln. USD); - Loss prevention consulting services, including risk analysis and loss estimates, provided to a wide range of clients in steelworks, automobile works, power plants, brewery, logistics, retail areas and other; - Claims management (Property Damage, CAR/EAR, Business Interruption, Liability), including cooperation with loss adjustor, insured and insurance companies; - Business interruption values estimation for risk placement purposes and loss adjustment; - Promotion of new products of Property and Business Interruption risk management; - Elaboration of procedures, regulations and instructions for effective claims management system within the insured; - Managing the team: distribution of tasks, planning and reaching of budget results, motivation, performance appraisal; - Development and implementation of strategy and plans for reaching targeted revenue indicators of consulting services sale; - Reporting to local management of the Company and international heads of claims practice.

- Audit of clients'​ financial statements in accordance with Company's methodology (KPMG audit methodology) and Russian Accounting (RAS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Clients business processes and their accounting policies examination in the following industries: metallurgy, oil&gas, power generation, construction, shipbuilding, others. - Internal controls and risk management policies examination. - Team management: roles distribution, task assignment, information accumulation and distribution, implementation control, feedback and assessment. - Preparation of audit reports - Reviewing of audit reports - Transformation of financial statements from RAS to IFRS and vice-versa - Consolidation of group companies statements - Observation of professional ethics - Development and support of relations with Client's management - Participation in employees searching and selection processes (career workshops, presentations)

- Сoordination with local government organizations and UN Agencies Security Focal points, Security Wardens, UN Security Guards - Update staff lists through maintaining the online UN staff members database - Identification of Emergency Communications UN VHF/HF radio equipment needs - Maintainance of HF/VHF communication links with UN and associated agencies offices in Central Asia and traveling UN staff members - Daily track of all UN and associated agencies vehicle movement in Central Asia - Upkeep of critical information databases on staff members, security clearances, media reports etc. - Communication support for emergency response to security incidents as they occur in Uzbekistan and Central Asia - Purchase of radio-electronic equipment - Organization of damage repairing works - Organization of UN staff members trainings on use of HF/VHF equipment
