Legalization of home and host based expatriates and delegation arrangement

Responsible for all Inbound and Outbound business travel of the staff, partners and the guests of Moscow Office Coordinate the migration procesures - expats legalization / relocation, business contacts with the Russian state authorities and the foreign embassies in Moscow.

Responsible for policies on global mobility issuance, for consulting on current Migration Policy, for the full bulk of expats' relocation procedure arrangement (visa support, corporate labor -ntake, work permits, work visa, registration, notifications addressed to State authorities, highly qualified foreign specialist status obtaining - 3 years work permit and work visa, etc). Established and maintain very good business relations with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Migration Service Department, Employment Center, Tax Inspection (expats' INN Certificate and tax return), etc. Being in charge of tender arrangement, maintain very good business cooperation with vendors (visa providers, hotels and tickets booking agencies, etc.)

Responsible for daily contacts with Federal Migration Service Department of Russia on labor in-take (corporate) and work permit, work visa arrangement for expatriate employees from more than 700 companies - AEB Members Consultations and legal advices on the visa support and expatriate immigration issues, on the procedure of visa obtaining in different consulates worldwide, liaisons with State authorities - MFA, FMSD, local FMS, Moscow Employment Department, State Labor Inspectorate, etc.

Responsible for Administration Operations in Moscow Office: visa support, hotel accommodation, tickets reservation, meet and ground transportation services, interpretion / translation services, mainated relations with other vendors on city phone, cell phone, telephone office station, PC trouble shooting, shipping company, courier delivery services, stationery and water delivery. Was in charged of negotiating contract relations with Landlord. Contacted Legal Service on office accreditation and re-registration of NGO within Federal Registration Service. Arranged business trips and important business events in Moscow and abroad including full logitics, business meetings / negotations schedule, leisure programs, etc.
