• Provide leadership and direction for the HSE and Emergency Response of company & contractors personnel • Coaches and advises company management on HSE matters • Ensure the development of an adequate HSE system & that all company activities are subject to proper Risk Assessment • Responsible to identify, develop and implement a HSE system with accommodating standards, programs, and procedures to identify risks and meet regulatory and company requirements • Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate HSE procedures and ensure their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives • Promote motivation and familiarization programs for all Company personnel on the importance of complying with Company HSE procedures • Work with the project team and contractors to develop, implement and monitor HSE standards and programs in contractual conditions • Advise and assist the site and project manager with regards to the applicable local HSE rules and legal requirements • Assure compliance with HSE regulations by coordinating HSE audits. Identify non-compliances, develop necessary mitigation measures, implement mitigation plans, and report the results • Develop and maintain the HSE monitoring/inspections program • Take part & coordinate accident / incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and learnings communicated. Carry out analysis of accidents and incidents performance, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans • Participate in annual, quarterly and monthly Company / Contractor HSE meetings • Identify HSE training need and collaborate with HR function in developing HSE training programs and ensure implementation

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local & state rules and regulations as they apply to the organization’s operations • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and rules • Ensure that all hazardous activities are analyzed and required preventive measures are implemented • Ensure timely Safety equipment inspection whether internally or by contractors • Set organization wide HSE goals • Design, development, implement, communicate, and coordinate all environmental, health, safety programs • Develop and implement efficient operations emergency response plans and ensure compliance with state regulations • Establish Reporting & Recording environment to gather incident data • Analyze Incident data and recommend actions to avoid Incidents across the organization • Ensure compliance with timely reporting as required by health safety regulations and statutes • Perform safety surveys and inspections, prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative measures, and follow up on task completion • Ensure Management of Change for all changes in the organization

- Lead defined resources to ensure the company in total and all branches in particular fully complies with relevant legislation, regulations, internal and external standards, codes of practice or technical guidance’s in all matters relating to HSE - Support the company management in the HSE policy and guidelines issue, organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects and HSE management system standard issues - Continuously improve the capabilities, processes and assets to meet the business needs in terms of use, customer response, cost and efficiency - Adapt and implement safety and quality systems and procedures in the company aimed to develop a culture of safe behavior of a staff - Assist to all company departments in their dealings with authorities, clients, vendors, suppliers in all issues concerned with HSE - Take part in accident / incident investigation as well as carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans - Preparation of HSE documentation for tenders - Conduct HSE Audits both internal & external

• Ensure business compliance with local legislation requirements related with Labor, Process, Fire Safety and Civil Defense issues • Develop, manage, and communicate change and improvement strategies • Monitor and improve HSE performance, improvement plans and safe working conditions • Facilitate and provide training / coaching on culture change processes within businesses, promote the adoption of new systems, assist with the implementation of required HSE behaviors, best practices, development of new initiatives (including safety recognition and promotion) • Provide mentoring/coaching for senior business personnel to ensure that SHES considerations are included in business decision processes • Support overall commercial functions with appropriate HSE support and information to improve services to / interface with customers • Interaction with medical institutions to provide compliance with requirements of the Labor Code in terms of involvement of all employees in periodic medical checks • Oversee the investigation of serious incidents to ensure root causes are established and all appropriate corrective actions are put in place

- Demonstrate active and visible commitment, setting consistent examples and expectations in order to convey clarity of purpose, motivate the employees and ensure conformance - Lead and oversight of all aspects of the development, deployment and maintenance of the Project HSE Plan to meet HSE objectives and requirements - Provide timely and effective feedback to the company management about the existing and/or potential hazards / risks, system and noncompliance gaps that could lead to incidents, injuries, and jeopardize the achievement of the project HSE objectives - Coordinate deployment of systems, tools and processes to facilitate management of HSE requirements/tasks - Ensure timely and accurate reporting and investigation of incidents as per company and client standards - Measure and monitor HSE performance and preventive programs and provide timely and actionable feedback to the company management - Plan and conduct audits as per defined plan and requirements - Capture “lessons learned” related to HSE and facilitate the process by which they can be applied for continuous improvement - Ensure the implementation of the environmental pollution prevention, waste management plan, spill contingency plan, and site reinstatement and abandonment

- Establish and maintain HSE processes in line with company’s policies. - Identify and draft HSE strategic initiatives with the focus on ensuring a “safety first” culture - Provide direction, guidance, and support on HSE issues to ensure that operations run with maximum efficiency and safety - Develop & introduce periodic safety training - Carry out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced - Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses - Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented - Keeping up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all HSE legislation and any developments

- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting on HSE performance - Performing of daily and weekly HSE inspections - Advising all employees on HSE matters - Conducting of scheduled tool box talks with the personnel - Taking responsibility for the actions assigned by the Emergency coordinator - Conducting of HSE trainings - Preparation of the job safety analyses & work permits - Active participation in daily/weekly/monthly safety meetings - Maintenance of HSE databases - Maintaining of site HSE statistics and associated reports
