Leads and manages the CIS Finance teams (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus), including Management Accounts and Payroll ensuring up-to-date and compliant accounting records. Overall responsibility for consolidation/end to end accounting and reporting for US and local statutory books and taxes for 12 countries, included Mongolia, Baltic countries, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan. Managing team of 17 people in 4 locations; - Assists CIS countries for preparing budgeting and forecasting activities. - Financial statements review and analysis for CIS countries - Statutory vs US GAAP financial statements reconciliation for CIS countries - Responsible for overseeing all tax affairs, statutory accounting and fiscal issues and ensuring adherence to all local fiscal and corporate regulations in CIS countries - Responsible for company compliance to corporate finance policies and standard reports (including SOX) in CIS countries - Responsible for actively supporting Commercial and Operational departments in their business development, cost reduction and any other projects for CIS countries - Assists VP Regional Controller and Russian Finance Manager\RSM Controller on ad hoc projects\tasks. Achievements: 2017-2019: I fully rebuilt the accounting team in Kazakhstan: structure, training, team building; incorporation in the Corporate finance and accounting team. 2017-2018: I was a Project Leader of upgrade all accounting and reporting processes in Kazakhstan to be complaint with Corporate requirements and procedures. In the result KZ finance had passed successfully the internal and external audit in 2019. 2017-2018: I implemented the different procedures for month CIS forecasting process and more effective cooperation with business and FP&A team. 2017-2019: took part in the different Corporate projects related with CIS countries: ORACLE upgrade; business model implementation in Uzbekistan; etc.

Overall responsibility for consolidation/end to end accounting and reporting for US and local statutory books and taxes for 6 legal entities located in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, reported to the Regional Controller in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Managing team of 13 people in 4 locations; Certification and actual results signing off; Review, analysis and approval of Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly, Narratives for Balance Sheet and P&L quarterly; Corporate Tax compliance; BU reporting: SEC letter, Impairement Indicator Survey; Governance and officials benefit report; Take part in the budgeting and planning process; Work with business for business process improvement. Achievements: 2013-2014: I was a Project Leader of the new travel card program implementation in 2 Russian legal entities; 2013-2014: I initiated and lead the BS cleanup project for 4 legal entities; 2015: I was a Project Leader of 1C local accounting system upgrade for Ukrainian production company; 2015-2016: I was in the Project team for new business model implementation in Ukraine and Russia: coordinate the work with different stakeholders.

Achievements: 2006: I was a Project Leader for setup new LLC (state registration, moving of the business operations from Rep office to LLC); 2006-2007: I was a Project Leader for Corporate procedures implementation included Payments procedure, T&E policy, Mobile policy; others; 2007-2008: I played a key role for ORACLE implementation for Russia&Ukraine legal entities; 2008: I was a Project Leader for Sub-Hub office setup to perform US GAAP and local accounting in parallel; 2009-2010: I lead the process of Representative office liquidation included tax audit. 2012: successful corporate audit of Operation in Russia and Ukraine.

Achievements: 2 tax audit in house, 3 successful court processes; I proposed the effective schemes to minimize taxes (VAT, profit tax); I improved the internal procedures in the company: income reconciliation, cost control, books and Assets inventory (step by step, document reporting schedule among different departments, responsibilities). I lead the process of setup new legal entity (registration, Chart of accounts, conversion table in Scala, scheme of booking and checking).
