- preparation of the conclusions and consultation on questions of the civil, labor, tax law; - claim work: drawing up the claims, preparation of motivated answers to the claims; - drawing up lawsuits, statements, petition and cassation appeals, statements as supervision, responses on statements of claim, etc., representation of interests of the organization in courts of common jurisdiction and arbitration; - development and realization of the line of dispute on arbitration cases, cases of the common jurisdiction, preparation of procedural documents; - preparation of changes in constituent documents, registration of the made changes in tax authorities; - legal examination of civil contracts, drawing up the memorandums of agreements, coordination of made changes; - creation and legal examination of local acts of the organization, including instructions, protocols, rules, instructions; - legal examination of the external economic contracts with participation of a foreign element, including development of bilingual contracts (Incoterms 2000/2010); - work with executive service. Achievements: The won cases on vindicatory and negatorny lawcases, and also on suits on recognition of the transaction invalid.

Acting as a true partner and trusted advisor to the Director on all relevant legal matters impacting the Company.

Participation in arranging deals and controlling their realization.

Preparation of a course of lectures in ”International Public Law”.

Foreign-econimic activity: Participation in lawcases in International Commercial Arbitration Court at Chamber of Commerce and Trade of RF, as well as non-ownership claims – declaring valid deficiency in currency receipts resultant from product export.
